Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy is a form of therapy in which you will work on a one- to- one basis with Dr. Mo. This type of therapy allows us to focus on you, build trust and work together to solve the issues bring you distress. I am extensively trained in several evidence based therapeutic modalities recognized by the American Psychiatric Association (APA) as the most effective treatment for psychological issues. I tend to describe my therapeutic approach as integrative and holistic because I combine different therapeutic approaches to customize your treatment and get you results.

Family Therapy

Family therapy with Dr. Mo can help you improve troubled relationships with your partner, children or other family members. You will be facilitated through several systematic interventions to address specific issues, such as marital or financial problems, conflict between parents and children, the impact of abuse, substance abuse, divorce or mental illness on the entire family. Dr. Mo will help your family members communicate better, solve problems more effectively, and find news ways of working together. Family therapy can’t always make a problem go away, but it can give you healthier ways of dealing with it. Family therapy doesn’t usually take a long time to resolve issues.

Dr. Mo is considered an “out of network provider”.  However, contact Dr. Mo’s Office and the office will verify your out of network benefits with your current insurance plan and depending on your coverage, you might be covered for your sessions. Sessions could be covered up to 90% depending on your insurance plan and deductible. Please contact us today for information about going through your out of network deductible.
